Respect of support at 2400 (and the zero line by 63-day Twiggs Momentum) would indicate another primary advance.\u00a0 Penetration of the rising trendline, however, would warn that a top is forming.<\/p>\n<p><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.incrediblecharts.com\/images\/2012\/2012-06-25-ndx.png?w=525&#038;ssl=1\" alt=\"Nasdaq 100 Index\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:right;font-size:.9em;\"><span style=\"color:#999999;\">* Target calculation: 2800 + ( 2800 &#8211; 2400 ) = 3200<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Canada&#8217;s TSX 60 shows similar weakness, on the daily chart, to the S&amp;P 500. Rising 21-day Twiggs Money Flow, however, indicates support at 640. Respect would suggest that a bottom is forming &#8212; strengthened if the index recovers above the declining trendline.
