Twiggs Momentum oscillating in a tight band around zero reflects no real trend and this is likely to continue unless the Fed introduces a new round of <a title=\"Qunitative Easing\" href=\"http:\/\/goldstocksforex.com\/2011\/08\/24\/will-bernanke-pull-the-trigger\/\" target=\"_blank\">quantitative easing<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.incrediblecharts.com\/images\/2011\/2011-08-24-eur.png?w=525&#038;ssl=1\" alt=\"Euro EUR\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:right;\"><span style=\"color:#999999;\">* Target calculation: 1.45 + ( 1.45 &#8211; 1.40 ) = 1.50<\/span><\/p>\n<p>The Pound is testing resistance at $1.66 against the greenback. Breakout above the 2011 high of $1.67 would signal another primary advance, but Momentum is falling and we can expect strong resistance between $1.66 and $1.70.<\/p>\n<p><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.incrediblecharts.com\/images\/2011\/2011-08-24-gbp.png?w=525&#038;ssl=1\" alt=\"Pound Sterling GBP\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:right;\"><span style=\"color:#999999;\">* Target calculation: 1.65 + ( 1.65 &#8211; 1.60 ) = 1.70<\/span><\/p>\n<p>The Swiss Franc is testing support at $1.25 against the greenback.
