Enrico de la Cruz at <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mining.com\/web\/china-iron-ore-rallies-as-blanket-winter-steel-curbs-ruled-out\/\">Mining.com<\/a> reports:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Singapore-based steel and iron ore data analytics firm Tivlon Technologies is keeping its price forecast of $150 a tonne by October.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe expect the launch of infrastructure projects in China to peak in the third quarter and further uplift demand for steel,\u201d it said in a note.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Narrow consolidation is a bullish sign, suggesting another advance.<\/p>\n<p><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.incrediblecharts.com\/images\/2018\/2019-07-26-tr.png?w=525&#038;ssl=1\" alt=\"Iron Ore\" \/><\/p>\n<p>The Materials index continues its up-trend. A Trend Index above zero would signal increased buying pressure.<\/p>\n<p><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.incrediblecharts.com\/images\/2018\/2019-07-26-xmj.png?w=525&#038;ssl=1\" alt=\"ASX 200 Materials\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Financials continue to test resistance at 6450 but face headwinds from the housing market and construction.<\/p>\n<p><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.incrediblecharts.com\/images\/2018\/2019-07-26-xfj.png?w=525&#038;ssl=1\" alt=\"ASX 200 Financials\" \/><\/p>\n<p>The ASX 200 is testing its 2007 high at 6800. A rising Trend index indicates buying pressure.
