Borrowers will also seek to repay Dollar-denominated loans and replace them with facilities in the local currency, adding further pressure on the Yuan.<\/p>\n<p><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" alt=\"USDCNY\" title=\"USDCNY\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.incrediblecharts.com\/images\/2016\/2016-07-06-cny.png?w=525&#038;ssl=1\" \/> <\/p>\n<p>The PBOC has been encouraged by fading prospects of further rate rises from the Fed, with 10-year Treasury Yields falling to a new all-time low of 1.37 percent, compared to 1.40 percent in 2012. <\/p>\n<p><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" alt=\"10-Year Treasury Yields\" title=\"10-Year Treasury Yields\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.incrediblecharts.com\/images\/2016\/2016-07-06-tnx.png?w=525&#038;ssl=1\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&#8230;.And the Pound falling to a 30-year low.<\/p>\n<p><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" alt=\"GBPUSD\" title=\"GBPUSD\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.incrediblecharts.com\/images\/2016\/2016-07-06-gbp.png?w=525&#038;ssl=1\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Falling currencies and lower long-term interest rates are both good news for gold bugs, with spot gold surging to $1370\/ounce. Expect retracement to test the new support level at $1300\/ounce.
